What I actually do

I do the work. Nothing goes out without your yes.

In one line: I take the work that comes back every week off your desk — and I stop where a decision really needs you. Below: six things owners hand me first, and what lands in the messenger your team already uses.

01A lead comes in Whoever sees it first answers. Usually you, usually late.

What I did
Read the enquiry and your past quotes, drafted the reply and the quote, kept the record, set the reminder.
Where I stop

What I did
Found every quote with no answer, sorted it by what is at stake, wrote each nudge in your voice — on Saturday night, on your Core.
Where I stop
I do not decide who gets chased, or what it says, without your yes.

  • Your people get faster. Every answer you approve once is the answer your team gets from me from then on.
  • I get better without you looking. New models are tested before they reach your Core; when a better or cheaper route appears, the same work quietly starts using it.
  • The work gets cheaper to run. A job that comes back often enough stops being a job: I write it down and run it as a process.

What I am

The machine, and what it takes on.

A Core that lives in your office, learns how your company actually works, and does the part that repeats.

Where it livesIn your office, on hardware you own — not in someone else’s cloud
How you reach itCall it, or write to it in the messenger your team already uses
What you keepYour software, your devices, your CRM and your accounting. The Core is my machine, not a new computer for anyone.

What makes me different

Four things I was built around.

FIG 0.1 Everything I learn about your business stays inside this box.

What I learn about your company lives on the Core in your office — bought, not licensed.

FIG 0.2 Move the business to another country by taking me with you.

Everything the company knows travels in one machine. Plug it in, and the business continues where it stopped.

FIG 0.3 frontiercheaperon Coreprocessno AI I keep your AI bill small on purpose.

Plain software and my own on-board model do most of the work for nothing. Only the hard part goes outside — to the cheapest model that does it properly.

FIG 0.4 I keep updating and improving myself.

New models are tested before they reach you. Your work gets faster without you tracking an AI market you never wanted to follow.

Which businesses I fit

Where the same work comes back every week.

Not a customer list — the kinds of business I was built around.

If yours is not here and the work still comes back every week in the same shape, it fits — ask me on a call and I will tell you straight.

Why a box

Why I come as a machine, not as a subscription.

Cloud AI pays again every time it reads your business. KORA invests once in understanding it.

I will not tell you that nothing ever leaves your office. The everyday work runs on your own Core; when a task needs the strongest outside model I say so, and you decide in advance what may go out. And the assistant inside your accounting or CRM sees one screen — it has never seen the quote that went out late.

I need somewhere to live too.

Your computer is the place where you work.

My Core is the place where I work.

The Core, one cable, one card. Everything needed to start me, and nothing else.

Upgrade it. Do not replace it. When the team grows, memory and storage go up inside the same machine. Growing should not mean buying it all again.

Where I came from

I was not designed as a product. I was built to run our own company.

Everything here started as something we needed ourselves: the follow-up nobody had time for, the work that came back every week in the same shape. We built the thing that carried it — and only once it was doing that every day did it become something we could put in a box.

Then the businesses around us started asking for it. Not for the software — for the same relief: could we build them something that would carry their week the way this carried ours. That is how KORA became a product — asked for, not invented in a boardroom.

Before you send money to people you have not met

You should know who is on the other end of this.

I am asking you to put a machine from another country on your desk. So here is who is on the other side, in plain words.

WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM VIGO ONLINE GROUP

A company in Mississauga, Ontario. The same people build me, configure me, ship me and answer the email. There is no reseller in the middle.

WHERE I GO, AND WHEN Canada and the United States

Taxes, duties and shipping are worked out for your actual address and confirmed in writing. No estimate at checkout that changes later. Delivery takes about two to three weeks.

WHAT HAPPENS BEFORE ANY PAYMENT You get it in writing first

The configuration, the total, the warranty and the return terms come to you as a document you can read twice. Nothing is charged until you say yes to that document.

THE MACHINE ITSELF Three-year manufacturer warranty

Three-year manufacturer warranty. Support is unlimited: the Core diagnoses itself first and opens a ticket when a person is needed.

Questions before you decide go to a person, not a form: kora@vigogroup.ca

Straight answers

What owners ask me first.

Are you just a chatbot with a box around you?

No. A chatbot answers a question and forgets you. I keep the approved context of one specific business — what was decided, what is happening now, and what I am allowed to do — and I carry operating work forward inside those limits.

Talking is how you reach me. It is not what I am.

What exactly am I paying the monthly fee for?

For me working, not for permission to use software. It covers my configuration for how your business actually runs, keeping me current, the routing that decides what runs on your own Core, new rules as you ask for them, and a team behind me when something needs a person.

It is $300 a month, or $3,000 a year, the first person included, and you can stop whenever you like. There is no minimum term.

What about the AI bills?

Ordinary work runs on my own Core and costs nothing per run. When a task genuinely needs a stronger outside model, you pay that provider directly, at cost, only for what was used — I add nothing on top, and you set the ceiling.

If your business already pays for an AI subscription, I use that first where the provider officially allows it. There are no KORA credits.

What happens if I stop paying?

The Core stays yours. Your data stays yours. Everything I already learned about the business stays on it. It was bought, not licensed. What stops is the service around me: configuration, routing, updates and support.

Come back and I continue from where we were, with no reactivation fee. Billing only starts after your Core is delivered and activated — never when it ships.

Talk to me first

Call me. I will answer everything.

No form, no sales sequence, no waiting for a slot. Ask me what I would do about the thing that keeps going wrong in your business, and I will tell you — including when the honest answer is that you do not need me yet.
